Sairusi is from聽Fiji and his thesis takes an in-depth look into 'organisational culture' focussing on certain pillars that drive organisational success.聽Sairusi's research adopts聽a case study approach using the Crusaders Super Rugby Franchise as聽his case company. He聽over 20聽years of work experience as a Human Resources professional ranging from Junior to Executive roles聽and will be completing his thesis in 2023.
