Ninnart is an accomplished scholar with a diverse academic background. She completed Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Tourism and Hospitality Management, followed by a Master's in Public Administration. Her passion for social change led her to receive a scholarship for the Hiroshima Short-Term Study Program on Peace and Human Security in 2013. During this program, she contributed to research on community organizing and local leadership in Thailand. In 2014, Ninnart presented her research at the Thailand 2nd International Conference on Public Administration.
In 2015, Ninnart conducted a research topic "A Comparative Study of Community Networks for Forest Fire Prevention of Baan Hua Tung and Baan Pang Dang Nai, Thailand.". This study highlighted their analytical skills and commitment to addressing societal issues. Ninnart's academic journey reflects their dedication to learning and making a positive impact in their community.
