This year, the Latin America & Spain Film Festival (LASFF) in New ������Ƶapp����reaches its 22nd edition. LASFF is a nonprofit event aiming to bring the Spanish and Latin American culture closer to New Zealanders. Each of the seven participating Embassies, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Mexico, Peru and Spain, provides one recent film produced in its representing country that showcases Hispanic culture and way of life.

Three films will be shown at the ������Ƶapp���� this year:

• The Load/La Larga (Mexico, Drama) Thu 24 Oct, 6:00pm
• Stories of Samba/Sandosa Maloca (Brazil, Drama) Thu 24 Oct, 8:00pm
• Margarita (Peru, Comedy) Fri 25 Oct, 6:00pm

All films are in Spanish or Portuguese with English subtitles. Tickets are free and are available from EventFinda.
