Translation and Interpreting studies at UC prepares you to work as a language translator (working with written text) or language interpreter (working with spoken communications in real time).
UC offers several degrees ranging from introductory training in translating and interpreting through to advanced PhD research level.
You can study translation and interpreting for Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, or Te Reo M膩ori. Other languages may be available with approved supervision.
