Hannah - Business owner - Bachelor of Fine Arts
After graduating with a Fine Arts degree at UC, Hannah founded The Corner Store: a gallery and shared studio space for fifteen artists. The Corner Store was the perfect way for Hannah to turn her passion in art and her聽beliefs about making space for artists in the city into聽both a reality and聽career.聽She did this thanks to skills and聽opportunities acquired during her Fine Arts degree聽at UC:聽
"It got me thinking about the ways I could use my skills as an artist to work with other people to give them a place to make work ... And now being a business owner,聽taking the University's Centre for Entrepreneurship Summer Start聽Up Programme prepared me to run a gallery."
